What we build/Supply chain
What we build

Supply chain

We build and rebuild the supply chain a company depends on, the sourcing, the supplier base, and the logistics that decide its cost, its resilience, and its control.
What this involves

The work inside it.

Sourcing and suppliers

Finding, vetting, and securing the suppliers that fit the business, and holding the relationships behind them.

Cost and margin

Taking cost out of the supply base and protecting the margin the economics depend on.

Resilience and diversification

Reducing the risk of a single country or supplier, and building alternatives before they are needed.

Logistics and flow

Moving goods reliably, from the source through to the customer, at a cost the business can carry.

Our approach

On the ground, where the work is made.

We build the supply chain on the ground, through relationships we hold in the places where products are made and moved. We find and secure the suppliers, put the cost and the terms right, and we can run the supply chain once it is built.

We work inside the business, alongside the people who run it, and we stay until the supply chain holds on its own.

When we are called in

The situations behind this work.

A supply chain has to be redesigned, diversified, or moved.
Cost has crept into the supply base and eroded the margin.
A single country or supplier has become a risk to the business.
The company is entering a new market and needs supply built for it.
